I've lost all my y2 operators even though I've previously bought y1, y2 and y3 season passes. I've seen the operator bundle in the shop but I'm not paying for them again? What's happening?

I killed and restarted the game (xbox one x) and still have operators missing

I Reccently switched to pc for R6 and all my operators are not on my pc but are still on my xbox
