I've lost all my y2 operators even though I've previously bought y1, y2 and y3 season passes. I've seen the operator bundle in the shop but I'm not paying for them again? What's happening?

Hi! Restart! Any locked ops should go back to normal once you do. You probably disconnected slightly at some point and your account likely partially desynced from our servers which caused the error in your account profile.

Which operators/how many? I'd give it around 10 minutes and try again. If they're still missing after that send in a ticket to us at support and we can help to make sure your account is fully restored.

If that's the case you need to reach out to support so we can check and make sure your season pass permissions are all in the right place.
