[2019] so many leavers in ranked

We understand how frustrating it is for ranked players who end up on an uneven team because someone left, especially if they don't come back. Our team is aware of this frustration and are currently investigating! When we have more to share we'll pass it along. In the meantime, I'll keep alerting them that this is continuing to happen, so thank you for letting us know!
