It should be like the old ban system. Do it once and it's just for that game. Second time it's for the next hour, 3rd the whole day, 4th a whole week. The memory for the first time should be 3 matches.

Hell no, just because someone stepped in your way while youre shooting a baddie , then decided to be an *** about it, you shouldn't be punished for that by getting kicked.
