Hey there! Thank you for expressing your opinion on the state of Spawnpeeking. I know this can be a frustrating topic, but as some of the others have mentioned, there are plenty of ways to counter spawnpeeking.
I don't entirely understand how it would be possible to remove it from Quick Match but isolate it to Ranked. How are you suggesting to remove Spawnpeeking?
Are there any maps that have really bad Spawnpeeking issues, in your opinion?
