[2020] Casual map rotation bug?

Last night I did a quick match and the map was skyscraper, and the first match I played today was on Tower and since both maps aren't in the map rotation, it's kinda weird I got to play those two maps. Is this a bug or is it on purpose?
ngl it was so nice playing those maps again I really wish if map rotation wasn't a thing.
