Guy shoots me from 1st floor while I was 2nd floor, he just aimed up and popped me.
Another guy just went from window to exactly where I was without checking corners.
There are more less obvious but you can pretty much watch the kill cams...

Reporting does work and cases are looked at by real people! After you made those reports, did you speak with any of our Support representatives about your experience?

Not that it's really worth it to do anyway, since I'm assuming the amount of people Ubisoft would have to hire for this is almost astronomical to handle even a fraction of it. Please hire a company like Palantir to analyze the data you collect for finding out hackers.

Here is an excerpt from the Reddit AMA we did just under two weeks ago where this exact question was answered. There is a team dedicated to looking over player reports:

"Correct! When you report a cheater in-game, a human does see it.

We have a team dedicated to going through these reports and identifying cases that involve cheating. But, considering the high number of reports we receive each day, we have to prioritize which reports are reviewed immediately." Emmanuel, Player Behaviour Product Owner
