[2019] Random abandon sanction?

I got an error while looking for a ranked match, but it didn't connect me to the ranked match I was connecting to (I assume I was because the penalty) so I had no choice and I couldn't avoid it.

What was the specific error code you got by chance? I'm looking into incoming reports of this issue.

It gave me, 6-0x00001000 but nothing else.

To clarify, you were queueing for a match, got the error message, then got the message to rejoin the match? Some people are getting disconnected from their ongoing match and are not able to reconnect back.
