I have been talking with Xbox support for a few hours, restarted my Xbox several times, did there hard reset. They sent me here to get help from Ubisoft people, but can't seem to find a support chat or a number so thought I would post it on here

You can find the support chat here - scroll down to find a "contact support" button which will allow you to choose between an email ticket and live chat.

If you can also describe your problem for me a bit - does it crash after it launches or does it just not even budge?
