Goyo and Nokk are solid solo queue operators. Personally I'd pick Goyo because I think he has a better loadout, but both are great!

The TCSG is arguably one of the most powerful guns in the game, if not the strongest. The nerf balances the gun down to where it's not destroying operators in two shots. By lessening the damage, you're still to put attackers in a DBNO state in about 1-2 shots, maybe 3 depending on the distance.
