[2019] Did they mess with the sound.

I've noticed this a few times today. Like the sound might be on the other side of a wall in a different stair case but it sounds like they're right on top of you in another part of the building with no hole. It doesn't happen often but damn when it happens it ♥♥♥♥s you up.

Next time this happens, would it be possible to gather a video for us to take a look at/listen to? It would be incredibly helpful!
