[2019] The current problem with shield de-sync (credit to Rogue-9)

We released a fix at the beginning of the season, but had to remove it because it was causing rotational sound issues and we're working on getting that fixed currently. When we have more information to share, we will. It will be fixed before Y11 though :D :D
