[2021] "Fake" E-Sports packs problem

Sup guys, i recently watched many hours of R6:S in twitch just to get some E-Sports alpha packs, when i go to ubisoft drops, it says i have 10 packs, but i only received and opened 4 of them, can anyone help me?
