So that's the thing, is not ping related. Everyone always have a good ping and I still see every player just vibrating/shaking. Obviously I don't play the game when is like this, is not always this way but I don't have a reason to explain it, since is not the lag.

That's definitely a weird issue, especially if it's not ping related. Any chance you snagged a video of it?
