I have the same issue sometimes, so basically what I do is run through T-Hunt aiming straight the whole time at head level, without leaning. I'm one of those players who instinctively hits Q and E too much while firing. The method I've been using has been working for the most part. I've found myself flicking to heads in live games now more than I ever did before.

One piece of advice I can give to you is to be patient with yourself! It'll come with time, you just have to put the work in.
