Don't you love it when the mics are just completely dead silent round after round....only for someone to come on the mic to tell you that you suck after you don't clutch a round (even if you were the only one who got kills or otherwise made a contribution to the team, and they died because they were playing Call-of-Duty while you were playing Siege)?

For those of you who do this...you know that you're partly (and sometimes hugely) at fault for the loss, right? Firstly, you probably died first, or at least incredibly early in the round; and you likely died because you rushed foolishly and in an uncoordinated fashion with your team. But more importantly, you weren't giving any information on where enemies are pushing from, who killed you, their last known position, and you're not giving call-outs from cams while you're dead. My wife is the last person you want on my team to be eliminated; if she gets on cams, we'll ruin you; I can't count how many rounds we've clutched as a result of her call-outs.

If you die, get on your mic to give call-outs. Watch cams on Defense. Offer to watch a flank drone on Attack. Add some value.

I've done a lot of solo queuing in the past few weeks just to get a gauge on what those who queue like this daily go through, and it was a bit disappointing to have no one on mic make calls or give those who were alive anything to help win the round/game. However, I found that keeping the lines of communication open usually leads to at least one or two people to open up and say something useful. It doesn't happen all the time, but joining your fellow teammates in silence doesn't do much to solve the issue. Next time you play and no one is giving callouts, feel free to start! Be the trendsetter on your team. As I said, it won't work all the time, but a lot of people might be afraid to say something.
