[2020] Do the devs even read the threads here or even care?

Game devs don't but Community Representatives do. Our jobs are to take player feedback and share it with the devs.

The sound issues are something the team is still working on. With them rebuilding portions of the sound system, a full fix for things, unfortunately, won't be complete this year. I'm assuming you're referring to the sound reversal bug? We deployed the 3.1 patch today, so let us know if you're still experiencing this after updating.
