Please note there was a fix originally released, but it caused some other minor issues, so it was reverted. The team is currently working on a new fix for the exploit, but it is a bit delayed due to the holiday season. We appreciate your patience as the team works to resolve it.
On the topic of "Why is Clash locked instead of just fixing it right away" I suggest reading this post mortem about exploit fixes here.[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] In short, it is just an overall better experience to remove the operator causing the glitch rather than let people continue to use the glitch while the team works on a fix.

That's alright! As long as you can understand holidays just mean fewer people available, hence why it is taking a bit longer.
