I bought the game to be able to unlock the skin, and now the game is not available online, I think they should specifiy that before letting you buy the game, now I wasted my money since Iā€™m not able to join online to conect and be able to redeem my reward, is there a way I can at least get a refund?

Hi @Joixe_! Welcome to Discussions! You certainly can submit a refund request. You can do this through the Order History page on the Ubisoft Store website. Once you're there, locate your order and select "View order details". You should then be able to see the "Request a Refund" option there.

You can also submit a refund request by creating a Support ticket. Please keep in mind that we are experiencing a high volume of contacts, so there can be a delay in our response. Rest assured, we will send a reply back to you as soon as possible.
