Just to make sure, you mean the matchmaking balance, correct?
As we have stated several times, your Ranked MMR or clearance level has no impact on your Quick Match matchmaking. Quick Match has its own MMR system. It is possible that a person has a lower Quick Match MMR because they do not play Quick Match often, but that should resolve after a few games.
Do you have suggestions on improving the matchmaking system for Quick Match? Do you have the same issue with other playlists as well? Are you playing solo or grouped up at all?
