Reminds me of theme park armory. It seems the developers are really struggling with how to create a balanced map.

Theme park armory is a broken defender bombsite because:

Minimally spammable roof.

Hard anchor points behind materials that can't be shot through (back of armory chair, the fireplace is the strongest position on the site, to the left of the yellow wall where defenders can get on top of the desk

Every wall being impact trickable.

So now we look to the new Oregon, which I've been playing exclusively.

Small tower handrail is bullet proof which means defenders can head peek it. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to flush a guy out of this position if he's entrenched with ADS/traps. Nobody will contest this spot by going in a window, the animation would be a death sentence, so you only need to watch the one door.

Multiple bulletproof covers close to one another on objectives. If you drone a player, they'll just move to the next bulletproof cover and you're taking a 50/50 in assumption of which one he's at.

Very odd lighting/colors which makes it incredibly difficult to see character models using certain skins.

Way too many angles to contest.

The only actual change I see in this is that it's slightly harder to run Mira in basement (but not really since there's one wall that looks out straight to dirt) and that attic is a viable path for attackers now. Really disappointmented map bans didn't roll out this season. Expecting very few of the modern maps to make it through the ban phase.

Thank you so much for your detailed post on Oregon, I appreciate it.

Just a few takeaways, when you mentioned there are some colors that make it difficult to see certain skins, do you know which skins do you feel are hard to see? Also, is there any particular site you feel has too many bulletproof surfaces?
