Thanks for posting, yes there is currently an ongoing general infrastructure maintenance which is affecting connection to the servers. It should only last a few more hours if all goes according to plan!

I've not had any notification that the maintenance is over yet. When it is, it will be communicated on the official R6S Twitter. I'll also do my best to update the threads.
