[2020] 4-0xfff0bdc0 ban

good morning. Today 05/22/2020 I tried to enter a rating match. I was included in the team. After the ban phase, loading began (hourglass on top of the players' icons). After a couple of minutes, there was still an hourglass on top of my icon. I decided to restart the game, and re-, so as not to spoil the process to other players. After rebooting, I got a warning about a possible penalty if I do not connect to this game again. I tried reconnecting but got 4-0xfff0bdc0 error. I tried restarting the PC, but got the error 4-0xfff0bdc0. I used the guides from your forum, but got the error 4-0xfff0bdc0.
The game was bought about a month ago. I have not had time to open all the starting operatives. I just got access to rating games and immediately get a ban. This is very disappointing. I hope you can help me.
