You do actually. When you have the option to receive e-mails from Ubisoft activated, you get an e-mail each time someone you reported gets a ban.

This feature has been tested for the past few months and has only just gone live, so it's going to take some time for emails to roll out on ban sanctions. Don't stop reporting toxic players in Siege. While the bans aren't immediate, they do help and work, the various ban waves you see throughout the day is proof of that.
