I played 2 matches in ranked and had the same problem with them.
i ban maps and ops and pick an op but when the drone phase starts i only see the backround of the map i'm in with the HUD overlayed on top of it and i can still shoot and throw things but i don't know where i am and i can't help my team.
This bug made me lose 2 games of my 10 placements and that is really bumming me out because when i contacted support, they said that they told the devs to fix it but i can't have my ELO back so now i will be down 2 matches and a abandon on my ranked career.
This bug really destroyed my ranked this season cause not only i lost 2 matches but i can't play more ranked until i know this is resolved.
The support is working on it and they were really nice but still bums me out.

hope this gets resolved quick because now i have to win all 8 matches and try to save my rank by playing a lot of ranked.
