[2021] can you fix warden's left hand?

Hey Mohdd! I was just noticing this issue on some of our other channels. Is there anything consistent about this glitch that you've noticed (community feel free to chime in) so we might be able to replicate it in house? i.e. any loadouts or maps or anything that might have triggered it?
