[2020] has ubi considered buffing nukk?

I made a long post some days ago about all the interactions with nukk and im not sure what nukk's role is, as she actually gets counterd by all camera ops except for maestro as they hide their camera's or get distortions when nukk is around. so she hunts roamers? but she's a 2 speed not a 3 speed, so honestly she isn't all that stealthy, and her gadget is too short to really hunt for roamers, and if she pushes the objective or lands on a trap she gives away her entire stealth attack.

Is buffing nukk to a 3 speed really so oppressive? she doesnt really have good guns, so she has to have something to make up for her lacking kit right? Am I missing something or is she really meant for the unplayable tier characters?
