[2020] This Casual Map rotation keep getting worse

Looks like we will have to wait for year 5 to play Hereford, Plane and House. The development team seems to believe that rotating 6 maps at the same time is too much so now it will be only 3 maps that change at the half of each seasons.

At this point, we should be able pick and ban in casual so we can comfort ban like in ranked. Nobody asked for it of course but it's not like the developers care or made a single comment about the casual-changes feedback so far.
