[2019] Is there a way to upgrade to deluxe edition without paying 10 euros?

You'd have to just purchase some R6 Credits to buy the Year 1 bundle of operators. There is no direct way to upgrade besides purchasing the edition you want through Uplay instead, but that can cause potential data issues.
