[2021] Banned while never cheating

I just got a pc about 2 months ago, but have played on Laptop before, I downloaded R6 about 5 days ago because I had played it on Xbox and really enjoyed it. Over the past 5 days I have spent about 50$ to get multiple operators and some weapon skins along with the Jager elite skin. The last time I played was last night, and I played a few Casual/Newcomer games before going to sleep. I woke up today with the message saying that I was banned due to cheating even though I have never done that. My account is only level 23 and I have been grinding games to try and get to level 50. I have never gotten banned in a game before nor have I cheated before and now I have a game ban on my account from never cheating. I would love to know any ways to try and sort this out, because I love the game and whenever there is a cheater in my game I always report them. My Ubisoft account name is stats-.- and my Discord is stats#2485. If anyone could help me that would be amazing because I don't know what to do.
