Hey, sorry to bug ya(probably not gonna see this or rely but whatever), but as a console player (xbox) how can I have you guys effectively ban people that are blatantly using mnk and/or ddossing? With video and screenshot proof I’ve opened many tickets only to check the accounts of them scuzzbags later and see that nothing has happened, why do it be like it do?
Report to support.ubi.com. That's the best way. Our process is in place to ban confirmed cheaters, but also to prevent banning innocent players based on a single report. Keep in mind that the process does also need time so we can investigate. So without more information on the reports you made, it's hard for me to say much else on if/when they were banned or not.
