Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you have been having connectivity trouble that disconnects you and ultimately results in a temporary ban.

I am unable to remove temporary bans, however, to help prevent this from happening in the future I would recommend ensuring your network is configured [ubi.li] for the game.

Should this happen again after, would it be possible to try an alternate network such as mobile hotspot for troubleshooting so we can further identify the cause?
