Added animation of the operative's title and class icon in different windows in case of leveling up or unspent upgrade points
Implemented highlighting of new (just received) contracts
Fixed a bug when the special offers were updated when winning in PvE (now it's updated only after winning in PvP, as intended)
Fixed a bug due to which the camera shook too much when a grenade exploded
Fixed a bug due to which payments didn't work for some users
