📌 When is RAM Pressure coming out?
Early Access starts at Q4 2019. The full release is scheduled for 2020.
📌Multiplayer. Is this game going to be Co-op or PVP?
PvP 1x1 mostly, Co-op PvP 2x2 for alliance vs alliance battles.
The game has single PvE missions. But some parts of the storyline is tied to PvP, so PvP missions is the necessary part of the gameplay anyway.
📌So, will the game have Co-op campaign?
We don’t know yet. We’ll test this possibility closer to the Early Access and make a decision. Technically it is possible, but we are not sure that it will fit with all other parts of the game design.
📌Free-to-play? How will this affect the gameplay?
This will definitely not be pay-to-win or paywall-like. In the game for real money will be sold game currency only, which can also be earned in the game. There won't be special separate currency or shop for the purchase premium items for real money.
Elite operatives can be hired for the same game currency, but they will rarely come across, and it is not depend on your account balance. So, buying game currency for real money, you’ll have no possibility to direct buy elite operatives for your squad. You can also buy elite weapons for the very same game currency earned by completing the missions.
Our main point is that it won’t be possible to buy for real money game advantage against other players which is not available for getting by the usual playing. No pay-to-win. Never. That’s it.
The only way to have some elite operatives in your squad faster is to buy Early Adopter’s Pack/Boost on the game website before game will be released completely. It means that you’ll just have a faster start in the game and will participate in the Early Access. But players who will start to play at Early Access will have some advantage anyway because they’ll play game and level up their operatives for a few months before complete release.
It will not mean after the release you will fight against fully-equipped leveled-up players immediately, if you didn’t participate in Early Access. PvP matching will be based on rating, rank and power of the operatives you’ll have in your squad.
📌Is it going to get Linux support?
Probably will, but we are not yet sure. We plan to return to this issue after starting the game in Early Access. But if there are a lot of active Linux players waiting for this project release in the game community, maybe we'll change our priorities and put the Linux version to an earlier stage of development. If you want to see a Linux version, just add the game to your wishlist on STEAM. When we have at least 10 000 requests in wishlist from Linux users, we will add Linux support to the production plan.
📌What platforms can we expect this game appear on?
PC and Mac. No consoles at the moment.
📌What engine this project is made on?
It is made on Unity 3D.
