Patch Notes 09/04/2020

1. Added German localization
2. Map in desert setting
   
   included in rotation
3. City map optimization
4. Fixed freezes after using "Offhand shot" skill
5. Fixed bug due to which slow-mo turned on and didn't turned off after playing the animation
6. Fixed bug due to which UI disappeared during the battle
7. Fixed bug where after a jump from a height an operative couldn't perform any actions
8. Fixed bug where first-aid kit with advanced quality appeared in a special offer
9. Fixed mistakes in Russian localization
10. Fixed other bugs due to which there were freezes in the battle
11. Minor GUI edits
12. Minor bug fixes on maps
