Devs, increase the light produced from the weapon lights. My 35 dollar weapon light from Amazon lights up more of my house in the night than the current ones do. Yeah, theres a concentrated bright spot, but I can see more than just the bright spot. I can tell what's on my left and my right in total darkness. I can light up a good 60 degrees in every direction. It's concentrated in one area, sure, but I can definitely see there's light going out in more than just the laser beam the game has. And I can see stuff. Right now if I look through my optic I can only see stuff in my optic in the darkest maps with the light on.
I look through my optics in real life and can actually tell what is to my immediate left or right.
I want to run CS gas, not NVGs.
Edit: allow me to clarify something. I understand the white wall will reflect a ton of light and bounce it around the room, in reality. And that the way the lighting is done in game it would be unreasonable to expect the devs to replicate that.
What I am trying to get at is my flashlight doesn't spit 1200 lumens in only a 30 degree cone front. There's spillage in a 45 degree cone, and that let's me see more things around me. I'm asking for a wider beam of light. Not ray tracing.
