[2022] Mod to extract in van?

Hi all, trying to learn this game and pretty frustrated and unimmersed by having to just quit to main menu 99% of the time after some specific sub objective failed.

Is there a mod that lets you walk back to the van and extract whenever you want, even if the mission is not 100% complete. It’s hard to explain why but this is a deal breaker for me.
