[2019] Video showing that I cannot connect to servers. Troubleshooting/ Looking for help.

Okay. As you can see in the video, I launch rl, and if you notice, the esport shop and the car pack shop don't appear.

Troubleshooting I have done so far include:

Signing out and back into Playstation from my system, deleting rocket league and re installing, cut my Playstation off and back on, check to see if rl needed an update (it doesn't), and finally I have restored my game licenses.

I do have Playstation plus active as well as connected to the internet. I've been able to log into Destiny 2 with no problems so it's something with my system and rocket league.

Any help would be appreciated.
