We're experiencing a large influx of tickets due to the huge spike in players. Some tasks that are typically handled by L3 and senior agents may not be addressed as timely as before.

I'm sorry that it seems like we aren't communicating, but we are doing our best to make sure everything is addressed.
Lastly, a 3 day ban is a result of hate speech. Because of the sensitivity of bans and this chat behavior, please wait for the ticket to be addressed through the proper support channel.
