Our latest update (v1.66) is now live. This thread is an effort to get all bug or glitch reporting into one thread.

  • Please take a look at the formatting below (don't be that guy who doesn't use the template)
  • Please read through the comments before posting your own issue so we can cut down on duplicate posts
  • Reply to a thread confirming your issue if you already see it posted

Please do not post about non-v1.66-related issues here.

Here's the posting format:

  • Bug or Glitch: A brief explanation of the problem.
  • Platform: Steam (PC, Mac, Linux)/PS4/PS4 Pro/Xbox One/Xbox One X/Nintendo Switch
  • Evidence: Video/Images -- YouTube, Imgur and Gfycat preferred
  • If using YouTube, please make the video UNLISTED
  • Logs: If playing on PC, grab logs and drop them on Pastebin, and put the link here

Logs on PC are typically located at C:\Users\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs

Logs on macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Rocket League/TAGame/Logs/

If you don't see the update yet, restart Steam or your console. It may take several minutes to appear.

UPDATES

  • We strongly recommend adjusting your in-game audio settings now that in-game audio changes are live!
  • We see the reports of items missing from player inventories after the update, are investigating
    • HEADS UP! We released a small hotfix (roughly 10 MB) on Steam this afternoon that repopulates the two items that went missing with the Season 12 Update (Intrudium Decal, Shattered Goal Explosion). Restart Steam if you have not received the update yet. These items only disappeared on Steam, so console players are not affected by the missing items or the hotfix. Thanks, all!

NEW KNOWN ISSUES

  • "Guardian GXT holographic trim does not change with users paint finish" has been added to the Known Issues list
  • "'Intrudium' Decal and 'Shattered' Goal Explosion may be missing after the Season 12 Update" has been added to the Known Issues list
  • "The Rear View Camera angle does not work during Goal Replays or on Victory Screens" has been added to the Known Issues list

Try restarting your game, we fixed this shortly after the update was released today (fix does not require another update).

To confirm -- you score a goal, and during the replay of the goal, you press the rear view button, and it does not change your POV?

Rewards may take an hour or two to be fully granted. If you still haven't received them in the next hour, please reach out to our Support team at https://support.rocketleague.com/.

You should still have the Shattered Goal Explosion, but it is currently not appearing. We are working on a fix at the moment.

That doesn't appear to be a bug, your teammate in the diagonal position just didn't go for the ball.

EDIT: Based on the fuzzy GIF and FOV, I thought they spawned in the right spot on first viewing -- my mistake! This looks like a late join or rejoin after viewing again, which is not new behavior for the update. Thanks, all!

We have released a small patch on Steam that resolves this issue. If you have not yet closed Rocket League, please do so and then Verigy Game File Integrity through Steam to force the update.

Please fix, I love black Visionary wheels but this annoyed me once I noticed so I can't use them right now lol

I'll take a look into this but it may just be how the lighting on the map interacts with the wheels and the shadows.

Can you try verifying game files and/or a reinstall, and let me know if this persists?

Hi Devin, this is actually happening with almost every wheel in every map. Even the top post here right now, look at the back right wheel, reflections aren't working properly on the passenger side, the back left wheel is working just fine.

Logs are found in %userprofile%\Documents\my games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs\

The name is based on a timestamp of when Rocket League was closed, and if it was your last session it will be called Launch.log

I mean I get muffling it for other people not using it - but for those using it, I mean they should be able to hear it - because whats the point of a boost you can't even hear? I have 1500+ hours using that boost and relied on those double base hits to time my second jump. I hope you guys reset that back to not being muffled.

Hi! Haven't seen anything else on this and it's not sounding muffled to me with default audio settings. I would try resetting your audio settings to default, adjust as needed.
