Ryzen 9 5900X, Asus Prime X570-Pro mobo, 2TB Sabrent PCIe 4 SSD, Corsair 4000D Airflow, H100i RGB Platinum cooler.
Some of it (Nvidia 3080 FE, RM1000x PSU, 32 GB DDR-3000, two add'l SSDs) carried over from my previous build.
So I just started the game and had to play the intro again.
My ingame level is 24 now instead of 200+.
My car looks like it did a long time ago.
Happening to someone else? Looks like it loaded up an old save.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just remembered that I changed drive letters yesterday. This is probably what's causing this.

Local changes can trigger this, for sure. I just built a new PC, went through it as well on first RL boot.
