so what happened was this: preset was wiped out and replaced with octane, then the car moved out of my favorites as well, which is why I didn't see it... i found it down in the list, my bad! but it did reset presets

Are you able to record a video of the stuttering with the performance graphs up? You can press F10 in-game to cycle through the graph options.

If you set your Steam account as your primary, you will be able to keep your rank on PC.

EDIT: After some more investigating, I've found that the NBA flags are in my inventory, but there is just no way to select them when customizing the car in-game, so they have not been removed entirely.

You gotta press B 2 or 3 times, it wil bring you back to the scoreboard and chat.

Premium DLC packs like licensed content are not shared across accounts.

Do you have -dx9 set in your launch options? It appears that your logs show your game is trying to force DirectX 9 upon boot.

Rocket League Standard Controls config is causing issues (works in Menus but not in Tutorials and matches).
To fix this players can do this:
Right Click Rocket League in Steam
Go to Manage > Controller Configurations
Select Browse Config
Select (LEGACY) Official Psyonix Bindings
Apply Configurations

Did not receive the correct established title. I have had the game since release and only got the est 2018 title.
