Using the Varrock quest portal (near lodestone) gives an empty message, on which the 'don't remind me again' button can't be clicked.
Re-logging fixes not being able to wear the comp (t) cape after completion of the quest.
We had a quick glance but can't find anything. May I ask you to submit a bug report after you've had the empty dialogue with an untickable don't remind me again tickbox?
