You can! From the patch notes:
"On desktop, the button can be toggled on and off in the Messages and Social menu, under Chat Customisation."
could it be possibly changed so the size of the text box is smaller if you have the button disabled? it looks too large now imo without the button
I've relayed to the team though i can't promise anything changes, due to the technical complexity of the interface system
could the button have a right click select, where i can click the item/mob i wanna search or would that take a lot of time to implement
This is something we wanted to do at the start but due to scope and technical complexity/UX wasn't something we could do in Ninja right now. Maybe we'll see it in the future though
