External link →I don't think I can confirm what the approach is, but I imagine with a bug like this, will need to chase up item returns, etc. Because let's face it losing your items like this is crappy :(
Crappy is a bit of an understantment.
Think of that word as an swap out for a more blunt word... but courtesy and all that.
