I've tried messaging some mods via reddit the past few weeks, but haven't heard back from them. I'm not surprised as I'm sure their inbox is absolutely flooded.

I'm trying to reach out to a mod to see if I can still possibly purchase Premier 2019. I purchased Premier 2018, then near the end hit some rough patches in live that made me miss out on purchasing Premier 2019.

In the end of 2018 I was in a very rough car accident that left me in physical therapy for a few solid months. Near the end of that I found out through imaging related to my injuries I had thyroid cancer. I've spend the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019 fighting that. I was able to buy a month of membership around the beginning of March when I started I-131 radiation therapy since I thought I'd have some downtime. Ended up being sick, but still grinded out some skills.

I'd love to get back into this, and purchase a years worth. Right now I just like to know if I can purchase Premier 2019 even though I missed it while going through surgery and recovering. If not I'd still buy a years worth. Just liked being a Premier member in 2018.

Edit: I'm in the US, so I will probably reply to any of those from the future tomorrow. Haha.

Sorry to hear about what you've been through - lets see if we can help in some small way.

If you drop us a ticket we'll get the PC with associated benefits added to your account as a one off gesture of goodwill. Because the player facing package options have now been updated the actual PC package can't be added by yourself, so you will need to pay for the regular 12 month package and then let us know so we can add the additional benefits manually to your account.

So ...

  1. Add a regular 12 month subscription to your account

  2. Send Ticket

In the ticket just mention the situation and say it has been approved for PC to be added to your account, your account has been noted now anyway so the support team are expecting your ticket and should know the context.
