With a hotfix that has gone live, players will no longer have their Prime Aura removed on login. Players who have lost their aura can reclaim it from Diango. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Diango doesn't have it, wth? Aura is completely gone...

The Prime aura you are referring to was a temporary Prime Gaming reward that could be claimed between October 5th and October 19th 2021.
How about telling that the Aura is temporary??
