[2023] Can i move my character who is allready on one Jagex Account, to a newly created Jagex account?

I'm afraid that isn't possible - as you can have up to 20 characters on a Jagex Account, it should be quite a rare situation that somebody would need more than one Jagex Account (ie have more than 20 characters). I appreciate that doesn't help your situation but wanted to share the reasoning.
