no one cares about this jagex. this isn't how to make the twitch scene of rs3 more active. if the game has problems with keeping new players and making the game engaging, no one cares how flashy the game is, the high risks or anything like that.
It is just funny that Mod Lee is gone and now they are doing these things when they really don't do anything.
When trying to make something happen so hard (make the rs3 twitch scene bigger), you usually do the opposite.
