If you're willing to create a free account on mobile, we'd certainly welcome your feedback on Davendale.
There's quite a lot of login methods available on mobile; you might find for example that your current username creates a new account if you're an Android user and log in with Google SSO and you haven't before.
(Currently new desktop accounts get Tutorial Island. If you'd prefer to view Davendale on the desktop platform, you can log a new mobile account into desktop right afterwards.)
Though Davendale is the (currently mobile only) new player experience, so non-new players aren't the intended target audience for this content.
We're hoping to trial Davendale to new players on desktop in the future to see how it performs vs Tutorial Island, after we're satisfied (as noted elsewhere in this thread, my team's currently focused on making frequent prioritised quick wins to Davendale and the rest of the new player experience) that the mobile tutorial content is optimal. (Desktop players are comparably much "stickier"; easier to retain.)
But (as much as I'd like to), it's honestly unlikely that we'd make Davendale available to players who've progressed to the mainland...unless we reuse the area for another purpose that justifies copying it to the surface map and adapting Davendale for general use.
(ie A quest and a weekly D&D likely wouldn't suffice. Yes, I'm looking at you, Ashdale.)
Unfortunately, we always have to weigh the return on investment.
Personally I think it would be preferable to spend that time bringing outdated areas/content that regularly get traffic up to our current capabilities, fixing issues in the long-neglected early game and refining the core user experience.
Incidentally, the adjustment to mobile camera rotation sensitivity isn't area-specific, so if you're able to play on mobile, as noted we'd love to know how this change feels to you.
