[2020] Why do I get the feeling that Jagex is trying to avoid criticism about their updates?

I mean, not a single reply on the game update reddit post that has tons of reactions on it, no stream whatsoever this week.
They've been saying that they will listen and be more open so freaking many times and nothing has changed. The only one that actually listened to us has been "bullied" away (if I may say so according to what Shauny told in his streams)
The year ahead, which still has to come and I don't even think that it will happen, better be extremely good. The game is dying, and all of this isn't helping in getting it back to life.
Now don't get me wrong. I still like to play Runescape, but why are they lying and ignoring the players so much.
